I’m so excited to share Park Place Apartments with y’all today. As you probably know, S and I live in a house BUT I know that I would have loved to read someone’s opinion about apartment living in Lexington– so if that’s you, I hope I can provide you with tons of fun information about this amazing community. 

But before I jump in, let me tell you, if you mention “ottestyle” you can receive $200 off your first full month’s rent!

Park Place is located right off Tates Creek Rd, across from the Tates Creek Shopping Center! It’s so centrally located without being right downtown, which I love! You have the ease of getting anywhere in town within 15 minutes or less, which is such a huge bonus for me! 

Not only is it a great location, but it is such a gorgeous property that feels so quiet and serene (without having to be in the middle of nowhere). These photos were taken on the balcony of one of their apartments and it seriously feels like you’re on a mountain side somewhere– so secluded and gorgeous!

Something else that’s unique – they offer tons of different layouts (27 floorpans to be exact) all ranging from one to three bedrooms! During my visit, I loved how much natural light came in to the apartment. I have lived in apartments before and that was always the biggest downfall for me! But that is definitely not an issue with this community AND the trees still provide plenty of privacy– such a rarity for apartments! Some of the most notable apartment features are: marble foyer, marble-hearth fireplace, storage closets, built-in microwave, washer and dryer, alarm system and private garages!

The back porch is SO spacious and gorgeous for entertaining, they have a 10 person table back there– unreal! All of the apartments have these large porches, the ones on the first floor were screened in and SO cozy… I saw several residents had even hung curtains on theirs to provide even more privacy– very luxe feeling and cozy!

The pool was so so nice, I felt like I was at a resort! Plus, they had a brand new cabana-area great for enjoying some outdoor R&R. I wouldn’t mind being able to walk outside my front door and lay by this all summer.

The pool area also has several great spots for entertaining outdoors– a gazebo with couches and chairs, a bar top overlooking the sundeck, covered seating and an outdoor kitchen outfitted with gourmet grills. I absolutely love how spacious it is out there, perfect for pool parties, a barbecue with friends, or just a relaxing space to enjoy a quiet night-in.

Along with the pool and outdoor lounge area, they also have tons of other outdoor activities on the property! They have two lighted tennis courts conveniently located near the pool area and in the middle of the property, a ping pong table by the pool and plenty of tree shaded sidewalks to get your steps in. Another fun fact: they are dog friendly– while there are no size limits, there are certain breeds not permitted. They also just opened their fire pit, which is screaming my name for summer nighttime s’mores! Best of all might be the on-site car wash– I would always have a clean car if it was that convenient. 

Some noteworthy indoor amenities are: a Starbucks coffee bar, a business center with free clubhouse Wifi, 24-hour fitness center with fitness On Demand studio, and an indoor basketball court.
