How I stay heart healthy with Stage

THIS POST IS SPONSORED BY SPECIALTY RETAILERS, INC., BUT ALL THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS ARE MY OWN.

I am so excited to be working with Stage Stores (including Bealls, Goody’s Palais Royal, Peebles and Stage) this month sharing a little bit about their give back initiatives to raise money for American Heart Association. To celebrate, I wanted to share a little bit about how I maintain an active lifestyle all while raising awareness and funds to make a difference in people’s health, homes and communities.

I have played sports basically since I started walking, between soccer and cheerleading I was participating in sports year round. I have tried to maintain an active + healthy lifestyle into adulthood several ways, from HIIT workouts at the gym to walking my dog with my husband.  I’m a huge fan of simple workouts that keep it fun while being active– the easier it is to fit it into your lifestyle, the more consistent you’ll be. My favorite way to stay active and be outside is taking my dog on long walks, plus he loves them and it keeps him healthy, too! This is not only a way that both of us get our steps in for the day, but it’s also a great way to decompress and unplug. Here, I’m wearing these joggers and this sweatshirt— both from Stage and ON SALE!

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

Stage and I would love to hear how y’all #BringHeartHome this month! There are a couple of ways to get involved in-store and online. You can visit your local Stage store and check out their events, helping them give back to American Heart Association. They are also hosting a donation online during the month of April, for every #BringHeartHome photo shared on Facebook and Instagram, Stage will donate $1 to American Heart Association (up to $25,000). I am so excited about the tons of ways to get involved and to see y’alls post.
